By their own admission Rariro UK Ltd imported all Sukida vehicles into the country. The Internet Bike Shop (TIBS) always bought their stock from Rariro UK Ltd or another UK company which has now ceased to trade. The UK company responsible ultimately for the quality of manufacture would be the importer and luckily in this case they are one and the same (just with different names) Rariro UK Ltd and Sukida China.

TIBS has suffered by Rariro/Sukida not supplying any parts under warranty. TIBS has warranted all problems of its customers by themselves. Now that Sukida have admitted turning their back on TIBS, and any TIBS dealer that supplied one of their vehicles, it is about time they started to help the retail customers that are suffering. If you need any help and don’t know where to turn then contact Shirley who is based in Cardiff at the addresses above. She has a legal obligation to help you as it was Rariro UK Ltd who brought (imported) the bikes into the country.
